Join us Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm for an introduction to Tofu 101 with Charlene Kirk! We will learn interesting and important information on how to cook with silken tofu, firm tofu and tempeh. If you are wanting to add this plant-based protein in your diet, the class is a MUST! 

Tonight's menu will include: Thai salad, "chicken" nuggets, and chocolate pudding (all made with Tofu.

Classes typically run for two hours and include all dishes you and the chef prepare.  

You’ll be offered a glass of wine and provided with water. You’re welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening.   Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking out right here in our online store!  

If you are part of a larger party, please let us know.

All ticket sales are final.  Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes.  You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class.  

 

More about the Chef:

Charlene Kirk has been part of the Eggshells family since 2019. She specializes in plant-based cooking and holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition. Charlene is passionate about encouraging both kids and adults to think more about what they are consuming and how it impacts their health and the world they live in. She draws inspiration from her childhood growing up on a small farm in Northwest Arkansas learning to cook alongside her mom and grandma and the 15 years she spent living in the United Kingdom.
