2/14/25 VALENTINE'S DAY COOKING CLASS FOR COUPLES

Join us Friday, February 14, 2025, for an extra-special cooking class with Rick and Michelle Rogers.   Unlike our typical classes, seats are priced per couple rather than individual. 

This year's Valentine's menu features a three course Italian-influenced meal.  We'll start the night off with a special salad featuring honey lemon vinaigrette dressing, followed by a main course of Lobster Risotto.  For dessert, you'll enjoy a Valentine's Day Tiramisu with berries and white chocolate.

Each course will feature wine/drink pairings.

This class will be hands-on optional. Hop in the kitchen for a knife skills demo, or kick-back and relax with your beverages.  We hope to see you at this special Valentine's Cooking Class! 

This class will be 5:30-8:00, slightly longer than our typical length. It includes all dishes you and the chef prepare. 

In addition to tonight's drink pairings, you are welcome to bring any beverage of your choice for the rest of the evening.   Reserve a spot by calling us at 501-664-6900 or checking-out right here in our online store.

All ticket sales are final.  Due to food prep, planning, different chefs and food costs, tickets cannot be transferred to any future classes.  You may transfer your seat to someone else for the same date/class. 

More about the Chef:

Rick Rogers is a private chef/restauranteur with experience in Southern, South American, and World Cuisines. His mother was a native of El Salvador, and he has lived all over the world learning unique cuisines.  Prior to owning and operating food trucks and a Latin American restaurant here in Little Rock, he worked in kitchens in New Orleans. Currently he does private cheffing here in Central Arkansas, including many of our private and public classes here at Eggshells. His wife, Michelle, is a native of the New Orleans area and a skilled cook as well.  Check them out on Instagram @chefrickrogers.
